Chat Login Box Does Not Load (No Connect Button Box)
This chat site uses a DigiChat software, you may need to download Java Software for it to load. You can find it here; [http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp] Click the download button and install. Then come back to ChitChatting.Com and refresh the web page. (The button with the 2 green circular arrows on your browser menu).

What if you are banned from the Chat
If you have been banned you may have broke one of the rules. Or your entire hosting company in your area was banned. We have banned some internet service providers in an effort to keep out some hackers that mess the chat up. If this is the case we are very sorry but one bad apple spoils a bunch.
- How long will you remain banned?
  If you have a static connection to the internet say though a cable modem or DSL you will likely remain banned for many months, the ban list is not often cleared. If you have a dial up internet connection you will probably get back in much sooner. Yes this is unfair but, bans are meant to keep rule breakers out, if a chatter with a dial up connection continuously breaks the rules chat moderators may elect to ban them on sight rather than wait for a rule to be broken again. Or they may ban the local area host. If you are unsure about why you are banned, contact us through feedback.

Can you be a moderator?
Simply said, NO. Moderators are selected when more are needed. Please don't email asking to be one.
